Nothing to do...

I sit at home...there’s nothing to do

“Mom what can I do?”

“Clean your room, empty the dishwasher, help me with laundry”

But all of that sounds BORING

More boring than having nothing to do?

Good question.

I’ll paint my nails

Or braid my hair

How about eat some ice cream?

No...all too BORING.

I have so much I could do..

But there’s still NOTHING to do.

Maybe it's not that there's nothing to do

Or that I don't want to do anything...

Maybe there's too many things I could do

So lets just not do any of them

The motivation isn't there

So I'll just sit here and do nothing

My mom has given me things to do

But why would I want to do any of those things?

How about that To-do list?

Maybe another day.

Trying to get anything done is out of the question

I'm so overwhelmed with everything I need to do

That doing nothing at all sounds way better.

So it looks like I'll just sit here...with nothing to do.
